Pre Natal Yoga
Moms to be must be at least 12 weeks pregnant and at least 6 weeks post partum. Must present a doctor's note with permission.
Learn yoga postures that will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort during and after your pregnancy. Classes are held in a room where you feel safe to discuss issues or concerns regarding the new wonderful changes your body and baby are experiencing.
