Train in our JFit small group training studio with a small group of 3-6 people, which is an affordable, engaging, and fun way to work out with a personal trainer. Our JFit studio features kettlebells, TRX suspension training straps, battle ropes, medicine balls, boxing bags, plyometric boxes, and more. Using this equipment, body weight resistance, and sheer determination, you will get the edge you need to succeed. We offer a variety of six-week training classes.

Looking to improve your balance? This class will cover standing and “balance in motion” movements, as well as lower body strength training for the ultimate balance results. Traditional balance exercises will be covered as well as several based on Tai Chi movements. Chairs will be provided for those that may need to hold onto one while standing.
