Membership /Katz JCC in Cherry Hill
The Katz JCC is a membership-driven organization. The Katz JCC reserves the right to suspend or revoke program or membership privileges of members whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or detrimental to the well-being of members or staff.
All classes and activities, including our Early Childhood Program and our Summer Camps: Early Childhood Camps at the JCC and JCC Camps at Medford, require a 12 month Katz JCC full or basic family membership. All memberships must be paid in full or by monthly installments paid by credit card or EFT.
There is a $100 new member non refundable processing fee on all memberships except Affiliate categories.
All membership changes not made at renewal date are subject to a $50 administrative fee.
Members who pay in monthly installments by EFT and credit card payments will automatically renew each year unless member notifies the JCC in writing 30 days prior to renewal date. Members without EFT who do not renew by their annual renewal date will become inactive and their membership cards will become invalid. Upon renewal, our computer system will validate your existing ID card for one year.
Single parent categories are designated for individuals who are unwed, widowed or divorced. When joining or changing membership in a single parent category, we may require a copy of the separation or divorce decree. To change an existing family membership to a single parent,we will need a letter of consent from both parties.
Membership ID cards are required for all members beginning at age two (2). Cards must be presented when entering the facility, carried at all times when using JCC facilities and be shown upon request. There is a $5 charge for the replacement of lost or damaged cards. A card will be considered lost after one temporary card has been issued.
Sustaining and Patron Memberships help support the many wonderful programs and services we offer to our community. A portion of these memberships are tax deductible. We suggest you consult your tax advisor.
Spa membership is available at an additional fee to Full Facility Members over 18 years of age. Spa members enjoy luxurious facilities with many amenities including a steam room, sauna, TV lounge, whirlpool and option to purchase towel service. Call 424-4444 x1277 or 1231 to upgrade.
Towel Service is available to spa members at an additional fee of $180 per person per year. Purchase this service at the JCC membership office.
All guests must be accompanied by a JCC member and must fill out an intake and Health & Wellness consent and release form. Local residents may only be a guest three times per year.
JCC guest passes: $15 - 12 years and older, $5 - under 12 years of age. Spa guests must be over 18.
All Medford Swim Club guests must be accompanied by a JCC member. Local residents may only be a guest three times per year.

The Katz JCC is committed to providing quality programming for the entire family. Our goal is to provide an inclusive environment for persons with a disability or special needs, through the ACHaD (Achieving Community Hopes and Dreams) Department. Inclusion is made possible through a proactive and supportive environment in which an individual with a disability can participate along with peers without disabilities. Members of the Katz JCC that require special assistance can choose to supply their own support person and take advantage of all Katz JCC programs and services without limitations.
A support person will be allowed into the facility free of charge as long as they are accompanying a member who requires their assistance. This person will have no other Center privileges. Please contact the ACHaD Department at 424-4444 x1114 to obtain a caregiver card for this person. Equipment available for use at our site includes: motorized scooter, amplified hearing device, wheelchair, accessible restrooms, elevator, and hydraulic lift for access to indoor and outdoor pools. The ACHaD Department is funded by a generous grant from the Gertrude & Raymond R. Saltzman Foundation.
Cell phone usage is prohibited in all areas of health & wellness including: locker rooms, gym, fitness center and group wellness classes.
Those unable to meet the established membership can arrange for a confidential interview. Whenever possible, no one is turned away from the JCC because of an inability to pay. If you are unable to use the JCC facilities for an extended period due to illness or injury, please notify the membership department in writing with a medical note. Memberships cannot be frozen or extended for any other reason (eg. travel, lifestyle change or lack of use).
All food that is prepared and served from the JCC kitchen is under the Va'ad Hakashrut, including the Cafe at the J. We encourage our members to be respectful of the laws of Kashrut.
JCC Gift Cards can be used for any JCC product or service including: Membership, Early Childhood, Camp, Personal Training, Children's Enrichment Classes, Cultural Trips, etc.
Purchase your gift card today at one of the following locations: Membership Office, Camp Suite, Program Suite, Early Childhood and Health and Wellness Desks. JCC Gift Cards can be purchased for a minimum of $10.
